Creo que mucho del interés de las ilusiones actualmente, fue dado por la Psicología Gestalt... que decía que los detalles podían ser engañosos, y que lo importante era la totalidad del individuo...

Existen los sentidos, la sensación... pero a un nivel superor, está la PERCEPCIÓN, QUE ES COMO LA MENTE INTERPRETA LAS SEÑALES QUE RECIBE...
¿Cual linea recta es más larga que la otra?... ninguna...
Esto tiene implicaciones filosóficas de mucha importancia... las construcciones de nuestra mente sobre la experiencia misma, pueden ser engañosas...
